Christopher Riopelle is curator of post-1800 painting at the National Gallery, London. He is co-author of Renoir Landscapes: 1865-1883 (distributed by Yale), among many other books. Anne Robbins is assistant curator of post-1800 painting at the National Gallery, London, and the author of Cézanne in Britain (distributed by Yale). This book met my expectations with descriptions on Picasso’s important pieces and movements in art. This book helped me with a college essay for my Modern Art History class. It has great vivid pictures of his artwork. My friend bought this book in London possibly paying more than what I paid for with Amazon .
